At CME Communications, led by me, Chelsea M. Echavarria, my mission is to empower organizations with strategic health communications that drive positive health outcomes. With 13 years of experience in health communications, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. My skills in content development, storytelling, and integrated communication strategies have led to award-winning health campaigns and initiatives.

I have held key roles at Edelman, Ketchum, the American Diabetes Association, and the Obesity Society, and have supported prominent health-focused clients such as the CDC, NIH, and AstraZeneca.

I am deeply committed to my community, serving as President of Washington Women in PR and mentoring at the University of Maryland’s Department of Communication. My dedication to simplifying complex health information and my passion for effective communication make me a leader in the field.

I live outside of Washington, D.C. in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with my husband, our two young sons, and our black lab.
